Instrument results flow into IQX automatically once connected, so day-to-day data needs no manual export. For historical records, our team works with you on a structured import during onboarding — nothing lives in spreadsheets or email once you’re live.
Is it cloud-based, and where is our data stored?
IQX is a cloud platform with data hosted in the EU, so your quality and payment data stays within European data-residency requirements. Access is role-based, so lab, plant, and procurement teams each see what’s relevant to them.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. FOSS handles producer and supplier data in line with GDPR, with EU hosting, role-based access, and audit trails built in. Documentation for your compliance team is available on request during evaluation.
