Step 2: Viewing and Filtering Data

  • Select the instrument whose data you wish to inspect.
  • Apply filters based on parameters such as product type, reference availability, or advanced filters to refine your search.
  • Expand the data table for a broader view and use sorting and pagination features to easily navigate through larger datasets.

Step 3: Managing and Editing Data

  • Double-click on samples to access detailed views showing predictions, reference values, and subsample data.
  • Update sample registration information, such as correcting sample numbers or names.
  • Input reference values manually or import them in bulk using CSV or Excel files.

Step 4: Exporting Data

  • Select desired samples and export them in your preferred format (Excel, CSV, XML, JCamp, CAL, or NIR files) based on your intended use—reporting, analysis, or calibration.
  • Configure your browser settings if you prefer to specify export filenames and locations each time.

Step 5: Creating Sample Sets

  • Sample sets can be static (manually managed) or dynamic (automatically updated based on criteria).
  • For dynamic sets, define search criteria to auto-populate with relevant samples from multiple instruments, ideal for regular validations or reports.
  • Convert dynamic sample sets to static sets when performing actions that require data stability, such as slope intercept adjustments.
